13. TERM AND TERMINATION

13.1 Term

These Terms will remain in full force and effect while you use the Services or maintain an account with us. We reserve the right to change the price for paid subscriptions and will communicate any price changes to you in advance. Annual subscriptions automatically renew every year. Monthly subscriptions automatically renew every month.

13.2 Cancellation

You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on our website or by contacting info@goalbound.co.

13.3 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Services, at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.

13.4 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

14. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Services after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of such right or provision.

16.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Any attempt to assign or transfer these Terms without such consent will be null and void. We may assign or transfer these Terms, at our sole discretion, without restriction.

All Goalbound subscriptions and services are non-refundable.
